Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • If there are any delays (due to high order volume, etc.), you will be notified via email.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from The Netherlands via PostNL.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • The Netherlands: 1-2 business days
    • Europe: 3-7 business days
    • Worldwide: 6-15 business days
  • Shipping times may vary due to customs, postal delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.

Tracking & Lost Packages

  • Tracked shipping: All orders come with a tracking number, which will be sent via email after shipping.
  • Lost packages: If your package hasn’t arrived within 7 days after the estimated delivery time, please contact me at [email protected]. While I can't take responsiblility for lost or stolen packages, I will do my best to help!

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of stickers, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or refunds.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days with a photo of the issue, and I’ll do my best to help!
